Amazon Prime Has Taken The Place Of Indian Cinema Due To Coronavirus

While the corona virus has paralyzed all activities around the world, the entertainment industry has also been hit hard by the virus.

The lockdown has affected the shooting of several films as well as delayed the release of the film.

The closure of theaters and cinemas has led to an increase in the use of online streaming sites by consumers.

According to a foreign news agency, the online streaming service Amazon Prime will now release the Indian films that were to be released in cinemas earlier this month.

7 new Bollywood movies will be released on Amazon Prime, including a movie starring Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan.

In this regard, theater owners in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu had threatened to boycott the well-known actor Syria as they had decided to stream their film on digital platforms.

It should be noted that due to the world's longest lockdown in India due to the corona virus, all educational institutions, including offices, about 9,000 theaters are closed.
